Lakeside Grilling Series On Lake Hartwell Guide

We are very excited to announce a new series called Lakeside Grilling coming to Lake Hartwell Guide. In the spirit of spending time with friends and family at the lake, we’re hoping you’ll love this new addition to our Lake Living category as much as we do.

When we were approached by renowned author and chef, Melissa Metcalf Le Roy, we got excited right away about her idea to share healthy yet delicious recipes that can be cooked on the grill.

Cooking on the grill is a healthy way to add tons of flavor to meals, plus it is a perfect fit for the outdoor living we enjoy on the lake.

What to expect from Lakeside Grilling

Melissa will be providing us with a new article, recipe, and video about healthy cuisine semi-monthly from her new series, OnFire Lake Side Grilling on Lake Hartwell.

She’ll be cooking up delicious and healthy meals right on the grill. Yes, the focus is on healthy eating, but don’t let that fool you. In fact, we think you’ll be fooled by how delicious they are.

Melissa has appeared as a guest Chef on Your Carolina on News Channel 7, Greenville, SC and is a regular guest Chef on Carolina Kitchen on WLOS news 13, Asheville, NC.

Melissa’s new article and video will include her favorite grilling recipes.  Feel free to drop her a note, comment, question or suggestion at onfirehealing@gmail.com.
